Following Hellenic history back to some of its North-Eastern roots, the Samothraki fabric emphasises the exotic wilderness of some of Greece’s remote places. Bearing the name of a God-blessed island, Samothraki is an ancient Thracian pattern created in warm red shades and washed-out sea-blue hues, a perfect background to your summer get-away. Made of natural cotton, Samothraki is recommended to be used for soft furnishings and curtains or blinds. From the new Sundance Villa collection from Mind the Gap. Inspired by the sea-washed shores and the serenity of a Mediterranean sun-bathed holiday home, this collection captures the vibrant and colourful seaside and includes marvellous patterns of ancient artistry, fine fabrics and accessories of coastal life. Price is per metre and A4 size samples of the fabric are available for £2 each.

All of our fabrics are tested for rub fastness on an industry standard called the Martindale Test; this gauges how many times a fabric can be rubbed in a circular motion before the abrasion starts to break threads.
