Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Full delivery costs and information is outlined below. Please contact our customer services team if you are outside of Mainland UK and would like to enquire about costs and delivery lead times.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 across mainland UK for all products except our Emma J Shipley chairs – see below.

For orders over £150, delivery is free (across mainland UK).

Fabric and wallpaper sample orders are £2.

We are able to ship internationally, please contact info@maisonmargot.com if you would like to get a delivery quote.


Furniture delivery
Please see our separate furniture delivery policy for the Emma J Shipley chairs.

We aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days either by Royal Mail or courier, unless otherwise specified on product pages. For example, our fabrics, lampshades, pendant lighting and wallpaper are made to order and can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Please note: We occasionally send out orders in multiple box deliveries. They can sometimes become split up, which means they can consequently arrive on different days.

RETURNS

For UK customers, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Let us know that you wish to return a product by emailing us at info@maisonmargot.com within 14 days of delivery (unless covered by our Christmas returns policy)

  2. Send the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return – we recommend sending your product recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing. Our returns address is: Maison Margot Limited, Bakery Cottage, Kington Magna, Dorset, SP8 5EW

Please note: we do not offer a free returns service. To return an item, please arrange with your local post office or contact info@maisonmargot.com to schedule a collection date at your convenience. We charge £5.95 for collection and will deduct this from your refund. The collection service offered by Maison Margot is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company we use, and is therefore subject to change. 

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or fault products you must notify us within 24 hours.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and their original packaging.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, and we are unable to refund you for your postage costs. When posting your item back, please obtain proof of postage for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note, our collection service is only available for UK mainland customers.

Refunds will be processed when the request for return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Please note we will only refund the value of the product(s), any delivery charges incurred cannot be refunded.

A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.

All returns must be received by Maison Margot within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. Credit notes will not be issued after 90 days from receipt of delivery.

All our bespoke and made-to-order items including wallpaper, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
